Come and be part of a global series of events celebrating games in libraries! Play video games, card games, board games and discover the Library's incredible chess collection. A panel of Melbourne comedians will explore new ways to play and OzBoxLive will host game sessions through the day.

1–3pm: OzBoxLive games showcase

Play some of the most popular games on Xbox, including multiplayer games and Kinect experiences. All players who play on the Experimedia big screen receive a prize. Hosted by Mark Libman from OzBoxLive.

4–5pm: The game gameshow

It's Spicks & specks meets StreetFighter as two teams of gamers, bloggers, comedians and musicians go head-to-head and thumbs-to-controller in the ultimate gameshow about games! Hosted by Ben McKenzie and Lawrence Leung.
